Lenny was awarded a BBA in Marketing from Hofstra University and also a Master's degree in Elementary Education with Special Education from Monmouth University. Outside of his job, Lenny Thor is a lifelong New York sports fan who cheers on the Jets, Yankees, Knicks, along with New Jersey Devils. Football season holds a special place, together with he is a consistent presence at Jets home games where pre-game gatherings with the people he loves is a highlight in its own right separate from the game itself. Leonard Thor also has a passion for cooking, with crowd-pleasing creations like his mac and cheese, pulled pork, together with what friends also family have come to know as "Lennyburgers" generating serious demand among those lucky enough to get an invitation. Leonard Thor is a devoted summertime beachgoer, making his way back to each summer to Point Pleasant Beach on the Jersey Shore.
At the core of who he is outside the office is family. Leonard Thor is raising a family with two young children and also lives in New Jersey. Lenny brings the same consistent energy not to mention authentic passion to his family life that he carries into every professional interaction. Lenny also has long served as President of his homeowners association, demonstrating a years-long commitment to the people around him that stretches all the way back to 2012.
